Friends of St Giles Hill Graveyard workday

Our next workday is saturday 4th of June.
We hope you can find some time to help out this Jubilee weekend.
Meet 10:00 at the end of the path into the graveyard from the main gate on the Alresford Rd.
Please sign in and view the risk assessment before starting work.
Tools will be available, but please bring stout footwear and gloves. Please bring your own tools if prefered. Strimmer are welcome if it is battery or petrol operated. No problem if you can only stay an hour.
If the weather is poor we will cancel the workday. If in doubt call 07772300271.
Main Tasks:
– Cutting back vegetation by mowing, hand tools and strimmers.
– Rake off vegitation after cutting.
– Clearing fallen trigs and stones.
