FSGHG workday 6th June 2026

Weeks of rain followed by a heat spike. There have been lots of Painted Lady butterflies about, but it has been hard on the seeds we have sown. Now it looks as if we will be back to rain. Hopefully, Saturday will be dry.
The main work tasks:
- Mowing and strimming.
- Prepare the ground and sow seed in new areas.
- Watering – despite the threat of rain, the ground is very dry.
Tea, coffee, and snacks will be served. We would love to see you even if it’s for a short time.
Please sign in at the Gabion seating area in the centre of the graveyard when you arrive to get a safety briefing.
